Nordic study-abroad guidance, built around your real life

ApplyClever

From your first question.
To your first lecture—and beyond.

We turn your goals, grades, budget and family questions into a realistic route abroad—then stay beside you as the route changes.

Every ApplyClever service is free for students. You never pay ApplyClever. Schools, application portals and other third parties may still charge fees for applications, tuition, tests, visas, translations, insurance or other services.

Start with a general question. Do not email documents or sensitive personal details.

  • A realistic route
  • Funding before commitments
  • The student stays in control

Choose the view that fits you

A plan for the student.
Clarity for the whole family.

Start from your role. The advice stays student-led, source-backed and practical.

What full support means

One plan.
Every decision that follows.

You see the work, the reason for each recommendation and the next action. Parents can understand the plan without taking ownership away from the student.

  1. Explore

    Your starting map

We map goals, grades, budget, timing, preferred countries and the questions your family needs answered.

  2. Compare

    A shortlist you can challenge

Each option shows fit, trade-offs, entry reality, total cost and whether we have a commercial relationship.

  3. Fund

    Your funding route

We separate portable home-country support, mobility grants, scholarships, university aid and the remaining family budget.

  4. Apply

    A controlled application

Deadlines, requirements, document checks and submissions become visible steps rather than a last-minute scramble.

  5. Prepare

    Offers, decisions and departure

We help you compare offers and prepare the questions around funding, visa, insurance, housing and arrival.

  6. Arrive

    Your first weeks on campus

The journey does not stop at enrolment. We plan check-ins for the practical and academic questions that appear after arrival.

No empty promises. No dead ends.

Your route may change.
Our follow-through does not.

A first choice can be too expensive, miss a deadline or say no. We do not disappear. We explain what changed, rebuild the realistic options and make the next move clear.

Schools decide admission. Authorities decide funding and visas. ApplyClever promises a careful process, honest answers and continuity—not an outcome someone else controls.

Funding-first guidance

Start with what can
actually be funded.

We begin with official support from your home country, then check exchange grants, competitive scholarships and destination funding. Eligibility always stays with the funder.

Official links checked 19 July 2026. Programs, deadlines and nationality rules change; we verify the current call and never present possible funding as money already awarded.

A clearer family decision

Support the decision.
Do not take it over.

Students and parents often carry different worries. We give the family a shared view of cost, timing, risk and next decisions while the student remains in control.

  • A real budgetTuition, living costs, travel, insurance, likely funding and the gap still to solve.
  • Decision pointsWhat must happen now, what can wait and what would make an option too risky.
  • Student-led privacyThe student decides what is shared and who joins personal conversations.

Trust should be inspectable

Know what is fact.
Know what is our judgement.

Important guidance should show where it came from, when it was checked and who makes the final decision. Commercial relationships should never be hidden inside a shortlist.

Free to the student, clearly explained

Students pay us nothing. A represented school or platform may pay us after enrolment. We identify partner limits and do not present paid options as the whole market.

Sources and check dates

Funding, entry, tuition and credit information should sit beside the official source and the date it was checked.

Human-led decisions

Technology can organise and compare. An accountable person reviews important recommendations, uncertainty and next actions.

Honest limits

We say when a school, funding body, embassy or home institution—not ApplyClever—owns the decision.

Every ApplyClever Service Is Free for Students. Here Is What That Means.

Free guidance is useful only when the money path is clear.

What ApplyClever free means

ApplyClever does not charge the student for its guidance service. The intended guidance includes programme comparison, decision support, requirement and document planning, deadline and fallback planning, and requirement-first help finding an eligible application-related service.

What may still cost money

Other organizations can charge their own fees. Depending on the exact route, these may include an institution application fee, language test, certified translation, notarization, apostille, credential evaluation, biometrics, medical examination, courier, visa or government fee, tuition deposit, tuition, insurance, housing, or travel.

A cost should never be presented as current until it is verified from the responsible official source. ApplyClever being free does not make third-party services free.

How ApplyClever may earn revenue

The current business model is contingent supplier commission after a qualifying enrolment. That means the student does not pay ApplyClever for guidance, while an authorized supplier relationship may generate revenue if the applicable conditions are met.

This description does not prove that every programme, institution, territory, or application is commission-eligible. Current account-specific authority must be verified separately.

What commission cannot change

The recommendation process must rank routes on student-benefit evidence first. Relevant factors include the student’s consented goal, eligibility, academic fit, budget, learning preferences, location and language constraints, official requirements, deadlines, risks, and viable alternatives.

Only after that order is fixed may a revenue projection be calculated. A higher commission, promotion, or payout must not move a programme above a better student route.

What you should be able to ask

For any recommended route, ask:

  • Why does this option lead for my stated priorities?
  • Which current official sources support the decisive facts?
  • What are the tradeoffs and unknowns?
  • What is the viable backup?
  • What fact would change the recommendation?
  • Which costs come from ApplyClever and which come from a third party?
  • Is any supplier relationship relevant to this route?

A useful answer should be specific enough to challenge.
