ClinGate Refund and Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to one PUBLIC-SNAPSHOT-1.0 order. The seller is
Kian Shoaie Nia, the Canadian individual verified
by the payment provider. ClinGate by Pr3ventive is the service presentation
and is not a separate legal entity.

Before work begins

A full refund is available when:

  • the buyer cancels before work begins;
  • the submitted public App Store URL is invalid or unsupported;
  • the transaction is a duplicate; or
  • ClinGate cannot accept or deliver the defined service.

An unsettled, failed, reversed, or duplicate payment does not start work.

After work begins

The buyer has five business days after delivery to report a factual
transcription, mapping, or generation error. ClinGate will verify a valid
factual defect and issue one linked superseding packet without charge.

A changed public page, new app version, different storefront, expanded scope,
new evidence source, changed interpretation, or dissatisfaction without a
factual defect is not a correction and is not included in the order.

There is no refund after work begins solely for dissatisfaction, changed public
material, or requested scope expansion. This does not exclude any right that
applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

Refund method and timing

An approved refund returns through the original payment method without an
administrative or restocking fee. Stripe, the buyer’s bank, and the relevant
card network control when the credit appears.

Suspected fraud, chargeback, sanctions concern, payment reversal, or legal hold
pauses fulfillment while the transaction is reviewed. This does not permit the
seller to retain funds when a refund is otherwise required.

Non-delivery

If ClinGate cannot deliver the accepted fixed scope, the seller will cancel
the order and issue the applicable full refund. A service interruption or
event outside reasonable control does not remove that obligation.
