Public validation notice · version 1.2

Founding reservation and service boundaries.

These plain-language boundaries describe the current information page, the controlled non-binding reservation when active, and the proposed CAD 499 Alberta one-tool founding-validation scope.

A reservation is a non-binding request, not a purchase. The controlled form accepts no money and creates no service contract, appointment, price lock, or obligation for either side.

This is a validation page, not an operating assurance service.

The current ClinLedger pages provide information, a static scope guide, a fully synthetic example, and a controlled non-binding reservation. They do not create an account, perform a practice assessment, accept evidence, generate a customer deliverable, monitor a vendor, schedule a meeting, or take payment.

Public information may be corrected, narrowed, or withdrawn as the product, professional-review, security, and commercial gates are tested.

QuraZone Holdings Ltd is the named seller for any future ClinLedger service. No service is currently available for purchase.

A reservation expresses interest only.

Submitting the controlled reservation form requests a non-binding founding spot and authorizes QuraZone to send one email only if the founding service opens, with final scope, timing, and payment details. It does not authorize calls or meeting requests unless the submitter later asks. It does not:

  • create a purchase, subscription, appointment, or service contract;
  • oblige the practice to buy or QuraZone to offer the service;
  • guarantee eligibility, capacity, timing, or acceptance;
  • lock a price or reserve a place in a delivery schedule;
  • trigger payment or service delivery;
  • authorize marketing unrelated to the specific reservation request.

Any later service would require a separate scoped offer, confirmed eligibility, reviewed terms, and explicit acceptance before payment or work begins.

CAD 499 for one bounded Alberta setup.

The current founding-validation hypothesis is CAD 499, plus applicable tax only if a service is later offered and purchased. The proposed scope is:

  • one Alberta legal practice entity;
  • one independent outpatient practice context;
  • one exact ambient AI-scribe vendor, product, plan, and region;
  • one principal documentation-only operational use case;
  • a scoped public-evidence dossier and controlled practice facts;
  • a configuration-proof outline that excludes patient information;
  • visible unknowns, contradictions, and prioritized questions;
  • a reviewer handoff and point-in-time assurance-capsule format;
  • a proposed 60–90-day supported-source/configuration delta during founding validation, subject to the final written scope.

The price and scope are a commercial validation hypothesis, not a prediction of customer value or a promise that the service is ready. Qualified professional review and adviser fees are not included in CAD 499; a practice would separately retain and pay any adviser.

Evidence preparation does not replace professional decisions.

ClinLedger does not offer or promise:

  • legal, privacy, cybersecurity, clinical, procurement, or insurance advice;
  • PIA completion, PIA approval, PIA sign-off, or filing with an authority;
  • privacy, security, compliance, clinical, or medical-device certification;
  • a finding that a vendor or practice is safe, secure, compliant, or approved;
  • contract interpretation or a conclusion about enforceability;
  • penetration testing, clinical-performance validation, or patient-care monitoring;
  • detection of every vendor or source change;
  • prevention of a breach, complaint, discipline, litigation, financial loss, or harm.

The practice and its qualified advisers retain every decision about adoption, PIA sufficiency, privacy, security, contract, workflow, clinical use, staff activation, and patient communication.

A later customer would remain responsible for its facts and decisions.

Any future scoped service would depend on the practice:

  • having authority to provide the business information and evidence;
  • identifying the exact product, plan, region, and intended use accurately;
  • keeping patient and clinical information out of every submission;
  • redacting sensitive and irrelevant content before any permitted evidence is supplied;
  • not submitting credentials, secrets, or materials it has no right to use;
  • designating accountable owners and obtaining qualified review where required;
  • reviewing and correcting facts, unknowns, and proposed questions;
  • making and recording its own operational decisions.

No patient information, clinical details, or secrets.

Do not send patient names or identifiers, appointments, recordings, transcripts, notes, diagnoses, medications, results, messages, EHR screenshots, patient-level incidents, passwords, access tokens, API keys, private keys, or other credentials. Do not send documents or source material unless the practice is authorized to use them for the stated purpose.

The current website has no upload function. If an accidental prohibited submission becomes possible through a later reviewed system, normal processing must stop and the incident must follow the quarantine, investigation, and deletion workflow. Detection would be a fallible secondary control, not a guarantee.

The sample demonstrates structure only.

Every practice, product, statement, contract term, source, date, configuration value, identifier, and digest on the sample page is fictional. It is not an assessment, recommendation, comparison, or endorsement of a real vendor. It cannot be relied on as a professional opinion, approval, certificate, or completed practice record.

Public links and source material shown here remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. A link or quotation would be evidence with scope and date, not adoption of the source owner’s conclusions.

The offer may change before it becomes available.

QuraZone may narrow, pause, change, or discontinue the validation page, reservation process, price, scope, supported product, or proposed monitoring period. Material changes will be reflected in the page version and effective date before they govern any new reservation.

The website may be unavailable or contain an error. Send correction or accessibility reports to info@qurazone.com without patient information or clinical details.

These are not final service terms.

This document is a plain-language public validation notice for the controlled, non-binding reservation. It is not legal advice or a paid service agreement. A live paid service would require separately reviewed and accepted service, privacy, security, no-PHI, retention, payment, support, incident, and liability terms.

Current acceptance state

The reservation acknowledgement applies only to the specific non-binding request. Reading the pages, using the static scope guide, or submitting the reservation does not signify agreement to buy a service.
