Public utility terms

Terms of Use

These terms apply only to the free browser-local utility. There is no account, payment, ticket purchase, or wager.

1. Free information service

QuraZone Draw is a free browser-local number-selection planning and recordkeeping utility operated by QuraZone Holdings Ltd. It does not sell, reserve, validate, or buy lottery tickets; place wagers; operate a pool; hold play money or prizes; access a lottery account; or guarantee any result.

2. Age and location

The utility is intended for adults who are at least 19 years old in British Columbia. You are responsible for following the rules and laws that apply where you are located.

3. Probability and spending

Every valid combination has the same draw probability in a fair draw. Historical results, software, and selection heuristics cannot predict an independent draw. Any amount entered is a voluntary entertainment limit, not a deposit, purchase, financial recommendation, or invitation to play. Zero and stopping are always valid choices.

4. Browser-local records

The public utility runs in your browser. A local receipt can show that the displayed planning record matches its content hash. It does not prove a ticket purchase, official entry, timestamp, result, prize, ownership, or better odds.

5. Current availability

No account, email, payment, subscription, sponsor, ticket-upload, official result, or lottery-operator connection is offered in this release. The utility and reference catalog may be changed, corrected, paused, or withdrawn. Verify current game rules, price, draw time, cutoff, entry, and result through an authorized provincial source.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to automate abuse, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or present a planning receipt as a lottery ticket or operator record.

7. Responsible use and help

Lottery play should be entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems. Pause or stop at any time. Free Gambling Support BC help is available at 1-888-795-6111.

8. Private-beta availability requests

The request link opens your own email application and sends nothing until you choose to send. A message permits one reply about that request only. It does not create an account, purchase, subscription, or general marketing consent. Do not include ticket images, selected numbers, payment data, health information, or other sensitive information.

9. Contact

QuraZone Holdings Ltd., British Columbia, Canada. Asynchronous contact: info@qurazone.com. No response-time promise or support hours are offered for this free utility.

Effective July 28, 2026.
