Keep the receipt
A receipt can preserve a record. It cannot predict a draw.
The integrity receipt has one narrow job: make a later change to the issued browser-local planning record detectable.
What is sealed
The utility records the plan inputs, method context, and rule reference, then calculates a SHA-256 content hash in the browser. Hashing the same canonical record later produces the same value.
- The displayed record matches the record that was hashed.
- The attached rule and method references can be inspected.
- A later edit cannot quietly masquerade as the original record.
What it never proves
Integrity is useful because its boundary is explicit.
- It does not prove that a ticket was bought or reserved.
- It does not make the numbers more likely to be drawn.
- It does not show that an operator accepted an entry.
- It does not establish an official result or prize entitlement.
- It is not an independent timestamp or lottery-operator receipt.
Why the boundary matters
A useful evidence control should make one defensible promise and refuse seductive ones. QuraZone Draw uses the receipt for record integrity, not prediction, certification, or security theatre.
