Onboarding and preparatory work begin immediately after payment. Complete the private package onboarding before connecting or uploading health information.

qEEG/neurofeedback timing

If your confirmed package includes new qEEG or neurofeedback equipment or sessions, specialist setup is generally scheduled approximately 5–6 weeks after payment. Onboarding and preparatory work begin immediately; your exact timing is confirmed in writing before enrollment and repeated in your private setup instructions.

Use what you own

A particular smartwatch, tracker, or paid provider dashboard is not required. Connect compatible phone, wearable, scale, and CGM sources already in use.

Keep credentials private

The setup never asks for Guava, Dexcom, wearable, or app passwords. Regional Dexcom clinic codes appear only in private configured instructions.

Client-controlled access

You choose what to share and for how long. The program reviews trends retrospectively during scheduled appointments and does not monitor emergencies.
