Understand the boundary before payment
Application terms and service boundaries
What the public application does, what the founding diagnostic is designed to do, and what requires a signed proposal.
Application-boundary version 1.1 / prepared July 20, 2026 / qualified review still required before paid delivery
The public application
The public form is a request for QuraZone Holdings LTD to review business fit for Terms-to-Bill. Submitting it does not create a customer relationship, reserve capacity, guarantee acceptance, establish a delivery date, or authorize transfer of contracts, invoices, financial records, credentials, or customer data.
You must provide accurate business contact information, have authority to request contact for the organization named, and avoid confidential or third-party records. We may reject, delete, or request correction of incomplete, abusive, unauthorized, or out-of-scope submissions.
The proposed founding diagnostic
The displayed CAD 1,250 founding offer is designed as a supervised, read-only diagnostic for one service engagement, one currency, text-searchable governing agreement and relevant signed amendments, up to 90 days of bounded structured delivery and invoice exports, selected supported controls, and one review readout.
The intended deliverables are an approved-term register, evidence-linked review items, coverage and abstention records, and decision/control notes. Exact sources, formats, limits, controls, review roles, delivery date, retention, support, tax, payment, cancellation, refund, and acceptance terms must appear in a signed proposal before payment or protected-data intake.
What is not included
- legal advice, legal interpretation, enforceability, dispute, or contract-precedence opinions;
- accounting, assurance, audit, certification, tax, revenue-recognition, fraud, collections, or credit conclusions;
- automatic creation, editing, posting, approval, or sending of invoices or accounting entries;
- support for oral, implied, unsigned-email, contingent, performance, commission, tax, FX, interest, or other excluded terms;
- a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, recovery, savings, return on investment, error prevention, or customer acceptance; or
- recurring software, live connectors, a shadow close, or production monitoring unless separately offered under a later signed agreement.
A displayed possible difference is a review item, not a debt, receivable, legal conclusion, accounting adjustment, or instruction to bill. Missing or conflicting evidence may produce a coverage gap or abstention instead of a monetary result.
Customer responsibilities
Before protected intake, the customer must identify an authorized commercial/finance reviewer; confirm it has authority to provide each source; follow the agreed redaction and prohibited-data rules; verify the approved terms and source-window completeness; review every material item; obtain its own legal, accounting, tax, security, privacy, and professional advice; and make all invoice and client decisions.
Do not use the diagnostic as the sole control for issuing an invoice, changing a customer account, recording revenue, reporting tax, asserting a breach, or communicating a monetary claim.
Price, payment, and signed proposal
No payment is collected through the public application. The displayed founding price is not a checkout and does not override a signed proposal. A proposal must identify the contracting QuraZone entity, currency, taxes, exact scope, assumptions, secure intake, retention/deletion, delivery, acceptance, payment, cancellation, refund, liability, confidentiality, dispute, and governing-law terms.
QuraZone may decline an engagement when data, authority, supported control coverage, capacity, security, professional review, insurance, jurisdiction, or economic fit is insufficient. No invented urgency, automatic renewal, success fee, or recovery percentage is part of the displayed founding offer.
Synthetic examples and website materials
Northline Studio, all displayed records, amounts, evidence identifiers, and review outcomes are fictional synthetic test material. They do not describe a customer, production run, benchmark victory, accuracy result, or recovered revenue.
Website content may be used to evaluate the service but may not be represented as professional advice or a completed customer result. QuraZone and its licensors retain applicable rights in original site content and deliverable formats; a signed proposal will state the customer’s rights in its source records and commissioned output.
Questions and corrections
Send scope, correction, privacy, or accessibility questions to info@qurazone.com. These draft boundaries must receive accountable owner and qualified professional review before the first paid diagnostic. The signed proposal controls if it conflicts with this informational page.
